Long multicore loom by Studiospares. This has a junction box with sixteen XLR inputs and four XLR returns, and a long (50m I think!) multicore cable to XLR tails (all labelled) at the other end. No dead channels that I know of – this has only been used in the studio, and has been kept in decent condition. Quite heavy to post, but I could…!
